  1. Zhang’s done nothing since the 10/8 round
  2. Why is Parker circling to his right, against a big punching SP?
  3. Obvs not old enough to remember Roxy or Scheme Team?
  4. Still no deid yet! https://www.bdo.co.uk/en-gb/insights/advisory/business-restructuring/rfc-2012-plc
  5. He’s got a foot & 1/2 arm reach advantage on the Centre! He should’ve caught that. Even an attempt to take the catch & he’d have got the foul. That he elected to try punching, & missed, left it open to interpretation that it was more of a 50/50 jump.
  6. It’s the Third Division, not really worth crowing about unbeaten runs; & more embarrassing that it’s taken a full time club 5 years to achieve it.
  7. Pogi wins Strade Bianchi with an insane attack 80kms from Siena & comes in 2.45 ahead of 2/3rd, peloton at 4.30+. Exactly where he said he’d attack. A strong field, yet nobody could follow, Sepp, Pidcock & La Porte included. Think only MVDP or WVA would be able to live with him on that form.
  8. I don’t own shares in them. I only choose paying to watch them. I realised I was just a customer back in the days of BtB, when shareholders wouldn’t cover their % of debt/running costs & left it to Eddie Healey to save their investment. “They’ve”
  9. It’s the Scottish THIRD division! They’ve been there 5 years now. Should they manage to extricate themselves from this mire, it will be more in relief, than celebration.
  10. Didn’t play well, didn’t really deserve to win. That both goals came from keeper mistakes says it all. Their keeper was buy far the busier, though rarely being threatened, while Long was asked to take 1 high ball, missed with an attempted punch, when he should have caught, & left his defence all over the shop, scrambling. Then again, they tried to run down the clock, playing around the back 4, when it’s far safer playing down the other end of the park. Hogarth back on Tuesday John.
  11. Need to vary it up. Draw Morrison & Miller in closer to MacIver & let the full backs give width for crosses. You’ve 2 guys with pace & skill to get by folk, let them use it, get in the box & go for goal, someone has to stop you. Naw, just get the ball wide & lump high balls into the CF, who has nobody round d as bout him. Can’t think of anyone showing imagination & trying to play into the box with a 1-2. Try something inventive, not predictable.
  12. Need to change the record & dispense wi the cross balls.
  13. Pies, & if it’s busy you can cut them in half.
  14. Was only ever an issue when the local Labour Party wanted it to be. It was FVC that had planned to integrate a training facility into the Eaat Stand. The ‘Blast Zone’ was a area defined via any major incident that might occur from the Earls Road area (ICI). They got a lot of mileage from the press with that one, & the opportunity vanished. I just hate to think of the damage to the Great Crested Newt population, that the current Grangemouth Road works is affecting?
  15. Well the land has been cleared for it. Walked past it last week heading to/from the Montrose game! I can only take it the “Blast Zone” issue has vanished?
  16. 79 is now the magic number. 14 points from the title. Can be done at home v Edinburgh.
  17. Earliest this can be done is at Forthbank on the 9th. Would require an Accies collapse; losing at Stirling & Kelty (possible), then at home to Edinburgh (unlikely). That would leave them maxing out on 72 & 3 straight wins would put Falkirk on 74. Still looks more likely to be Dumfries or at Home to EC.
  18. 6 games ahead, with 11 to play. Accies can only achieve 81 max. The Bairns are 6 wins from passing that & I can’t see Accies winning them all. It could be finished at Dumfries on the 16th, or at Home to Edinburgh on the 23rd.
  19. I was a bit happier when they took Rose off, as he was by far their best player. Thanks Agent John.
