I returned to work yesterday. The shift was alright. It was absolutely ordinary and painless. Most of the current patients are new to me because a lot of the patients I knew died over the Christmas period which is a shame because I was quite fond of them. They all had a good sense of humour and were a great laugh. Most of the staff were pleased to see me back which was great.

Led Crotone to the Serie A title in what was a Leicester City-esque season and also won Euro 2028 with Romania, knocking out England, Russia, Portugal and beating Italy 2-1 in the final. Resigned from both Crotone and Romania and took the Porto job.

Won all but one of Romania's Euro 2028 Qualifying Group to take them to the Euros and led Crotone to the knockout stages of the Euro Cup and currently 3rd in Serie A. A good season so far.

Declan McManus linked with a move to Chelsea. He has, however, said that he doesn't want to go to Chelsea.

Just beat Juventus 3-0 in the Italian Cup final with Crotone to win them their first ever cup final. Managed to finish 10th in Serie A despite only being expected to battle relegation. I was on course for the top 6 before a run of 5 games without a win put us out of contention but we qualified for Europe by winning the cup anyway so it's alright.

What tactics have you tried? If you're a smaller part time team then it's probably best to keep it simple tactically.

I had the same idea that "outing myself" as someone who has a mental illness would result in me being disowned and looked down upon but that has not been the case. By opening up about traumatic events that occurred in my childhood that I had previously not told anyone about has enabled me to break through the walls I had built up over many years. It's always worth speaking to someone. My experience is that people are generally more understanding than you might think.

Won the Asia Cup with Australia, chose to resign as Australia manager after that. Also quit Sevco after taking them to a second title in a row and am now at Fiorentina.

I started unemployed with a journeyman save and have had spells at Brechin City, Alloa (where I got promotion to the Premiership), Cardiff City, Nurnberg, Watford and am now manager of both Sevco and Australia. I won the 2021/2022 Premiership title to end Celtic's hopes of 11 in a row. I am currently top of the league in January 2023 and am not going to renew my contract with Sevco. I have an Old Firm Derby at Celtic Park and an Asian Cup game against Malaysia in China on the same day.

I shall be returning to work on the 30th of January. I feel that I am ready to return now because talking therapy, being good to myself, therapeutic writing and reading alot of good books and staying off social media has enabled me to "reconnect" with who I am and various unpleasant experiences from the past no longer haunt me like they used to. The veil of depression has been lifted. It will also be good to have my fulltime wage again because sick pay is less than a third of what I usually earn. After six months of sickpay I will feel like a millionaire.
