To be fair, Goodwillie at his peak would undoubtedly be the best striker in the league, by an absolute fucking mile. I have no idea what he’s like now, but I imagine he’s still pretty good. He’d be nowhere near this division if it wasn’t for the whole “being a rapist” thing.

On topic, I used to make a point of hanging on to the end, but then we lost 6-0 at Celtic Park and I realised there was no point whatsoever. Since then, I’ve left early plenty of times. Most recent was the 2-1 loss at Arbroath last season, missed our consolation goal. Things tend to get better for Thistle after I’ve left the game, but I don’t think I’ve missed any sensational comebacks yet.

Given Graham seems be furious most of the time regardless of what’s going on, I’d say he probably did elbow the boy - and Docherty was lucky with a completely needless kick not long after. We’re doing ok, should have scored a couple in the opening 10. Sneddon’s made some decent saves and commanded his box ok as well. Gordon has actually been alright as well, some decent runs into the box opening up space for others. He really should have scored though.
