  1. Quite touching and surprised anyone reads any of the pish I type. So thanks. I'd like to confirm it's mutual appreciation.
  2. How parents with multiple weans deal with both parents being unwell is absolutely beyond me. Happened to us a couple of days ago and honestly I wanted to give up. Our 16 month old obviously has zero understanding of "mum and dad are fucked pet, you need to give us a break" Doesn't help I think I've caught more or less everything available from the nursery and been unwell for about three weeks.
  3. Surely to f**k we are due to get the better of this mob at some point, feel like we have a shocker every time we play them.
  4. Agreed. It's the same shite overpriced crepes dripping in nutella for £7 or shite mulled wine or shite cider for £7. Waste of money, shite. Edit: unfortunately my missus loves them and practically thinks it's the epitome of Christmas, which is also shite. Fortunately this year I think she's going with her maw, amazing. Unfortunately again, it will mean her mum will buy pointless shite and probably gift it to me / us. Shite.
  5. Obviously if we make it through it's Celtic in the 5th round as per. I'm just glad to avoid a team in our own league, fucking murder when that happens at this stage.
  6. FFS, last day of November man. Anyway seemed like a cool guy, RIP, points etc...
  7. Murano street or Garscube road should be fine, a number of other streets nearby should be ok as well. Be a tough game this, not massively confident, would probably prefer someone won rather than a replay though.
  8. It's a sense of freedom you don't get with other holidays.
  9. The "Don't think you'll need the stick" that followed this was gold tbh.
  10. Might be in the minority here but, I think Rudden will stay. Seems to be enjoying his time here right now and banging in goals at this level for another season might not be a bad shout career wise. Would trust McCall to convince him as well.
  11. Too busy out celebrating m9, will try harder next time. Still not seen us lose in Kilmarnock. Lovely.
  12. Ah ok, guess work on my part because QP at home, probably still not ideal pitch wise.
  13. I quite like a Friday night game at Firhill, however since it's to allow QP to play the very next day I really do start to fear for the state of our pitch as we get deeper into winter.
  14. No hatred at all and personally find the Killie lads alright. Fits nicely into a song though. Meeting up with a Killie supporting lad on the day, looking forward to it without much expectation, been ages since I was last at Killie away, I've also never seen us lose there Would just be nice to see us score a goal again.
  15. Many years ago I worked for an IT Services company that did this sort of thing whenever a prospective client would visit. The receptionist or one of the managers would send this type of thing out in an email to all staff. I always got a good laugh at one particular comment of "make sure there are no unsightly boxes on desks" firstly, there was rarely a time someone had a box on their desk, secondly if there was, the standard of box I wouldn't regard as unsightly and lastly this client isn't going to come here close to sealing the deal, spot a box on someone's desk and think "Oh f**k did you see that box on the desk?! Close one that, we better get the f**k out of here!" I remember those days well, even the pre-hyphen days. Got many a resolution on that site tbh.
  16. Don't know how single parents do it tbh, wouldn't even be able to even go for a shite in peace without the other half being around to look after the wee yin at that point.
  17. A keen eye good sir. Surprised anyone actually reads the pish I write in here.
  18. Sounds like a great job, I quite like doing bugger maybe I should have become a professor. I think I'd actually enjoy the teaching part as people would at least need to pretend to listen to me.
  19. Worrying hallmarks of a team that is due a win after grinding out a lot of draws against some of the leagues better sides and finally scoring some goals now. Early goal(s) for us could be massive.
  20. How long is he going away for meaning he can't teach? Sounds like your wife is on the money about him IMO.
  21. How is the feeding getting on @Dons_1988? I read the last few posts and it reminded me of when my daughter was only a few months old, she got to this stage where trying to feed her was met with having about an ounce and then screaming the place down. Hugely stressful for me and her mum as she is our first, anyway, a guy I worked with recognised this / had the same experience, recommended Co Lactase and my word what a difference it made, night and day. If the above sounds familiar might be worth a try. How is your missus coping? I found the first few months the hardest by miles, you're sleep deprived, this little bundle of joy is crying and won't stop despite doing all the things you are supposed to. I said to the missus one troublesome night "we're not fucking having another one, honestly I can't do this again" now we laugh about it, it's inexperience on our part and we're better now. Speaking with other mums and support groups sound like a great idea, mine is in a WhatsApp group that seem to share everything childbirth and parenting related, I think a lot of it is bashing the fathers as well and just a general outlet for them. If you ever need a chat feel free to drop me a PM.
