  1. And I don't know what Gordon has done wrong there.
  2. I don't think he was on the neck!
  3. I wish they'd stop taking the piss out of Brace for at least trying to communicate in Italian. Nothing wrong with it and more refs should do the same.
  4. Ref agrees. I think he's a bit lucky there, I feel he kind of jumped into it making it worse.
  5. This is a red unfortunately.
  6. Yeah, I don't think Aberdeen would come in for Robbo if they binned Robson as I don't think the fans would stand for it in all honesty, rightly or wrongly he's just not sexy enough for them, especially after the Goodwin reign. Hearts fans however are a lot more pragmatic and I think would take him no bother.
  7. Nah, the votes are not a waste of time. It's important to know where people stand on issues like this, and the UK has been quite happy to call for a ceasefire in other wars. The reason this one is, only now, being declared pointless is because Starmer and the Labour party absolutely shit the bed last night, and this is the best line his yes men can come up with as a "defence" for not voting to say genocide is bad.
  8. He's an absolute joke of a ref. Penalising the attacking team just as they look like scoring is his life.
  9. "Tips" behaved like such a w**k throughout, and you could see Weir telling him exactly that when he got his yellow.
  10. Really good stuff from Glasgow there. They probably aren't a great team these days talent wise, but they give 100% and keep going to the end. Duncy Weir isn't a top class 10 these days, but he's reliable and has a boot on him. His kicking today was probably the difference.
  11. Nah, the only posts I've made on here are to thoroughly congratulate Dundee on an excellent performance, and then to laugh at you a wee bit as you spend another night going through the cycle.
  12. As bad as we've been, Dundee have been excellent, really good. They were good in Paisley earlier in the season too. This could end up being however much they want. Bit of a reality check.
  13. I used to wear a poppy every year, due to the fact my Grandads fought in WWII and I knew them both, as well as my Grandads brother who had been in a Japanese POW camp. I was in my 20s when they died. It was something that affected them their whole lives I think a few things happened to get us to the point where people like me won't wear the poppy anymore, and it's nothing to do with screens, or not carrying cash, or any of that shite. A lot of effort went into bringing the American style fetishisation of the armed forces here to try and soften the criticism of the war in Iraq. That coupled with the last veterans of WWI then WWII dying off allowed the whole thing to be hijacked by the worst possible people and for the poppy to become a political symbol that many good people don't want to be associated with. The sad truth is the message behind the "Lest we forget" phrase the flag shaggers love so much has been completely lost, and the whole thing has become a nationalistic celebration of war.
  14. Pens Darks wee cycle of posting something stupid, getting laughed at and then crying is a bit pathetic isn't it?
  15. Yeah, he's played well in the two for us as well to be fair, but I think it wasn't the game for him today. Hibs midfeild were very pacy and energetic and I think he just struggled to match their tempo and ended up a bit lost and chasing shadows
  16. I thought O'Hara was ok, he was at least winning ball and getting us up the pitch a bit. He was much better when Baccus came on though, and he wasn't having to carry Boyd Munce who I thought had a bit of a mare in all honesty.
  17. That would be very frustrating if you were a Hibs fan, but I think it will come good. They score goals, they have pace throughout the team. We didn't defend well, but a lot of the credit for that has to go to Hibs who had us massively unsettled. Problem is you just won't win games defending like that. It's not just the defending, it was the whole game management from Hibs, trying to kill the game each time they went one up just felt like they were playing to their weaknesses rather than strengths. How many times did they give the ball to St Mirren in the final third trying to play across the back? We weren't on it at all today, but even a team playing that badly is going to score if you give them the ball in attacking positions all the time and let them put in dozens of crosses. For us, Gogic, Taylor, Boyd Munce, Strain all well off it and Mandron was the Motherwell Mandron. Tanser was decent, and O'Hara was at least there. All the subs though had a positive impact.
  18. This is a pretty big game now considering the state of the table, especially if St Johnstone win tonight. 8 points between bottom and 3rd. Whole table is basically fighting for Europe and relegation right now.
