Doubt you'll find anyone with a bad word to say about him here. I would be gutted if he signed for you to be honest as I wouldn't like to see him play against us, but I think he'd do a job.

I don't actually think Erwin has been as bad as folk say either, especially last couple of months. I thought we were much better yesterday with the Erwin/Brophy partnership than we were when Obika/Dennis came on. I think Goodwin likes Erwin.

I see Sean McLoughlin hasn't really been playing at all for Hull. Don't know if that's been injury or not, but if Jim is absolutely determined to play the back three I wonder if he'd be a good signing next season? He was pretty solid, left footed as well. Could fit in well on the left side of the back three, Tait and Fraser as the wingbacks?

Obika will be missed. It's probably the right decision, but he was a good, and very popular, player for us. It's pretty clear he was a good guy off the pitch as well.

Yeah, I swither on that, I've seen him have some honkers at FB but today when he's getting that wee bit extra space to attack he looks great. I don't think he's got that electric pace in broken play though, and he doesn't have that really big boot most of them have now.

Breakdown is a bit of a lottery. I thought in the build up to the Fagerson try there was not a lot of arms going on in many of the Edinburgh tackles. Just shoulder charging ankles.

Yeah, good to see. I have to be honest, I kind of feel Schoeman has been yellow carded there because the ref thought someone had to go for something. It looked scraggy and wrong, but I'm not sure Edinburgh really did anything particularly bad.

Yeah, I'm in Lanarkshire as well, in Rutherglen, which let's be honest, is effectively a part of Glasgow, and in fact, is probably closer to Polloksheilds than half of the areas they just dumped into level 3 last night, so you can absolutely see it coming.

Aye, but those guys didn't turn up till it was well under way.
