    Remember that day well, I agree he is a cheating c**t who hated Airdrie back in the day when he was at Dunfermline, John Davies another midfielder in the Telfer mode, weirdly he was one for the boo boys as well, good player Davies..

    We are now in the same league as teams who would not blink twice at losing 500k a season in this league, therein lies the difference in ourselves.... The riches of promotion to the Premiership are huge, we as a club cannot play Russian roulette with our future, sticking to the plan and budget although frustrating is the correct road to go down.

    Do you think we have a recruitment issue, last summer we gave Rhys the benefit of the doubt, when we ended up with 16 players at the end of the window, January we added, but to be honest they didn't really contribute that much Orr impress.. Hoping we are learning from our mistakes, Last seasons war cry was Quality Loanees never materialised, this season different tact Quality additions...... Still to arrive....plenty time left , but surely there must be a concern given our previous transfer windows....

    Can you see yourselves playing at Hampden long term, after being systematically rode by the SFA, are they now realising the place is a white elephant for 9 months of the year

    Paterson was on loan at Airdrie in Murray's last season, looked a class act initially, but later in the season , when it mattered he really struggled especially the playoffs, not too sure his ceiling possible League 1 top level, still young though..

    Why is that is the take over complete, or has that p***k McGowan cashed out, by overspending on the squad,, Football wise the signings look all pretty decent, and you should definitely be up there with the Humza 11..

    Probably a see where it pans out, cop out answer.. Home form is going to be imperative, think only ourselves and Raith on astro, I think that can make a difference over the season if you play to your style.. we won't show any fear, although I still have a major question mark over ability to grind out a point if we need it.. Looking forward to the challenge though

    Could the Tie in with McNamaras Consilium agency be putting off players, every player that signs appears to be a client or is a client with Consilium shortly after... are we looking at a very narrow window of players due to this process..

    Listening to the interviews of Telfer Watson etc , they keep mentioning quality additions, surely they are not just on about Todorov and the Hibs laddies, I get the impression there are more signed than have been announced.. would the Partick lads have had to sign technically a months deal in order for a full squad to be available for the Playoff final that they bottled. So there could be contractual reasons if of course we wanted to sign any.

    Personally not a fan of Joma, Football Nation have and are doing a great job, but they are only a supplier of a limited range of kit suppliers, think we have used them all.. I know St Mirren and East Fife have binned them recently although replaced with us and another Football Nation client Cowdenbeath.... for the record my less than svelte physique 2 sizes up gor Joma straps even then if you carry a bit of timber round your midriff, you end up looking like hot shot Hampshire ( look him up)

    Adidas, looks classy, compared to the usual generic Joma pish some clubs get saddled with.

    If that was an Airdrie away kit, here would be a large number of phone and tablet screens getting wiped down.. best kit of the season so far, Joma as well, who appear to be in the lead in the lower league diddy manufacturer stakes, Mac Ron trailing just now, early days still...

    Left field appointment although probably fits with the MO of the club, nice to see QP not going for the usual retreads, Good luck for the season, already looking forward to my trips to the National Stadium (kiss of death here probably be one of the early games at lesser now) on a more serious note do you think Coyle was working his ticket, as in it was always his intention to return to India or was the I interference from the background too much..     Pretty sure Falkirk got the same pitch grant, which is fine and the way it should be, and even a grant for upgrading the floodlights, does it not grate on yourselves that 350 k interest free was given to Falkirk or sorry the Humza 11, personally I think it is shameful, what chance do other sides have , well apart from John McG lynn being their manager

    Murray is apparently good mates with the lads agent, he tried to get him in loan when at Airdrie but covid out paid to it, and dick managed to get him last season, with Raith allegedly having spunked there budget, you would be better talking to Arbroath fans, I have got no clue if he is any good or not.

Joma, talk to me, we have announced them as our new kit suppliers, how is the quality and do they have much in the training , leisure wear front.. Oh and do you really have to size up, apparently continental fit or some pish..
