  1. A couple of days to ponder over this one. We looked a bit rusty in the first half but, despite not scoring, a bit better in the second. As everyone has said, highlight of the day was the display from Blair Murray sorry, Blair Lyons. A very promising debut and he can only get better with a few more games under his belt. Both full backs had good games and could well be our main attacking force this season. Good to see Matty getting a full game and I'm sure we will be much stronger once Dillon and Yano are back. Still screaming out for an out and out striker though. Hurry up and get Josh Skelly in there.
  2. Apparently ? If not, someones gone to a lot of bother to fool you. Decent looking top apart from the hands on the shoulders
  3. I had exactly the same thought. Surely the only difference between the first kit and the third kit is the omission of the red vee making it unusable anyway.
  4. From our point of view, shambolic defending at all 5 goals with Dillon in frame for every one of them.
  5. We look forward to seeing you next season and ramming your sentiments right up your arse.
  6. Cant help thinking that the late shot off the bar will come back to haunt us.
  7. I really, really hope Stewart Petrie is a lurker on this site or someone is and is passing on this information. Who needs Marcelo Bielsa when you've got P & B
  8. A fair summary from a Queens fan. All to play for on Saturday. We might regret the one that came off the bar late on.
  9. Pretty surprising you never got a penalty because the ref gave you every other decision. Lucky you weren't down to 10 men when your player put in a horrendous tackle on Paddy Cregg just before we hit the bar. If he hadn't played advantage, your guy would have been off.
  10. Absolutely fantastic tonight. Could have been more. Tel Masson smashed a shot off the bar in last 5 minutes.
  11. Get used to it . We've got absolutely nothing to lose in this game. I just hope the team go out and give it everything they've got. Queens on the other hand must be cacking it. A year in league 1 would stretch their finances. Even if you do get past us, there's another couple of teams waiting to bring you down. BTW, having played them both in the last couple of weeks, I think Forfar will win the other semi.
  12. It's not over yet. In all honesty, we have exceeded all expectations. Our aim at the start of the season was 8th or better. To be in the play offs (at the right end of the table) is remarkable. The journey since Stewart Petrie was appointed has been amazing and it's not over yet. We've got nothing to lose going into these games so I hope the guys give it their all. No matter the outcome, every last one of them will heroes to the Mo faithful.
  13. Probably prefer Alloa too. Be interesting though, both teams with nothing to lose. Partick, QOS and Falkirk have everything to lose though. Gate money, prize money and their esteem would take a massive dunt if they were to go down.
  14. We'll be resting a few players tomorrow. Bigger fish to fry on Tuesday.
  15. Better be quick or join the back of the queue. The turn around in our fortunes has been nothing short of remarkable since SP arrived at Links Park. He has recently signed an extension to his contract so hopefully is with us for a few more years to come.
  16. Well, despite stumbling over the line, we've made the play offs, more East Fife failings rather than our display. If today's display is anything to go by, anyone coming down will have little to fear .... .. even Falkirk. However, well have a week to rest some players next weekend and prepare for our push to the championship. Bring it on.
  17. A draw wouldn't be too bad for us. As long as you don't lie down to East Fife next weekend. They have to catch up 6 goals on us. Ironic that next week we've got Raith while EF have Farfar
