Broadcasters agree, that's why they've chosen to screen it ahead of Hearts v Hibs.
That's also because Hearts v Hibs games are eye bleedingly bad to watch

Now that the darker (slightly) mornings are here, we need to have every light on in the house even if there's nobody in rooms

Think it may hint that Miller won’t be long in returning.
Fair point, hadn't thought of that. Honeyman's loan period at Shire seems to end around the same time as Ethan Ross'

Surprised to see Scott Honeyman go out on loan to The Shire again. Thought he would get more of a sniff of first team action but he's probably well down the pecking order when the senior forwards are fit and available
Hopefully the action he gets with The Shire boosts his confidence

My son started Goalkeeping Academy tonight. Its also on on a Friday night. He has Athletics on a Wednesday night, Swimming on a Thursday night and plays bowls on a Sunday morning.
Homework isn't THAT important is it?

Didn't seem to be too many complaints from Darvel when the penalty was awarded, looked a stonewaller even from the other end of the ground.

Can I take back that the penalty was a stonewaller? Looks very soft to say the least on the highlights

I went along to the game today with my son. I thought Bo'ness were well worth their victory today.
Some decent defending once the back 5 settled down and the keeper kept the score level with some good saves.
Didn't seem to be too many complaints from Darvel when the penalty was awarded, looked a stonewaller even from the other end of the ground. Great save by the keeper again early in the second half to keep the score at 1-0.
Nice run by the big no 9 (Dalziel?) to make the space for the no 7 to run into and strike the ball low and hard into the corner though the keeper seemed to go down in instalments.
The 3rd goal was well worked and there's just something about a move that results in one full back crossing and the other full back scoring
Hoping Bo'ness get a home draw in the next round as I would love to go back.
It was also really good to see the number of kids on the pitch at half time, is that a normal thing?

I'd like to see Henderson taken off before he gets sent off. Bisland on at RB and Yeats into the middle

Great first half from us, there's not much between the teams but we have taken the chances when they've arrived. Penalty didn't look one in real time and the replays haven't changed my mind, Gourlay sold the Kelty jerseys at the 3rd goal.
Don't mind losing the goal we lost, was a good strike and Long was helpless at it though maybe if Donaldson had a shout to leave the ball it would have gone out for a goal kick

Referee is Gary Hanvidge ...........a quick google doesn't throw up much info. Couple of posts on Celtic fans websites because he made an "honest mistake" in a Celtic Women v Rangers Women game which upset the bhoys (or is it Ghirls !!).
He has done a small number of LL games but generally he is a WoSFL referee. He has done a few Darvel games so he will probably be on first name terms with a few of their players........probably will travel through on the Darvel team bus !!
The conspiracy starts here............
He reffed Camelon v Newtongrange in the last round where he had a decent game. He knew most of the players in that by their first name as well.
I'm planning to go to Newtown Park (is it still called that?) with my son for the game today, how much will admission be and will it be cash only?

Depends on the job but I find everyone works better when together in the same office. Employees have became entitled as f**k since covid. People wanting to work at home to look after their dogs alongside other pish excuses.
Yes I sound like a dinosaur
Nah, I find I spend most of my day talking and being easily distracted when I'm in the office. Get far more done working at home

Already work in football doing other things so afraid I can’t. I’m highlighting a problem that needs addressing, if there’s a shortage then VAR can’t exist
This shortage of referees isn't unique to Scotland, its a worldwide problem. Like every other job, the people doing it only get better the more experience they get

Thought the ref dealt with the clown trying to crawl back on to the park pretty well yesterday. Just got on with the game and ignored him. Hate seeing that as it's blatant cheating.
Yep, Douglas Ross was right on to it as well to be fair to him. For me though that should be a yellow card for delaying the restart of play, I don't get the difference between that at TAA's yellow at St James Park

Yeats still getting criticism from some but I really do wonder what people are expecting from a right back at Falkirk. Unless you are Ashley Cole or Kyle walker you are always going to lose out to a tricky wide player at some point in a match the main thing is you don't dive in and allow others to get back and cover which he is very good at.
I agree with this. I've got a memory from my schooldays that towards the end of a Physics lesson in an all boys class we were discussing football with the teacher and he said something along the lines of "if a winger gets past his man even 50 per cent of the time then he's doing a good job for the team".
By the counter argument that means the full back beats the winger 50 per cent of the time as nobody is going to win every battle they get into.
Yeats is doing fine at RB for me, its his position to lose now

From the main stand that looked like a stonewall penalty on lawal near the death but southstanders will have had a better view .
As others have said it was never a penalty, the defender just outmuscled him.

McGlynn mentioning another injury to a key player (Miller, McGinn, Mackie, McKay already on the ‘out’ list). There are now several players reckoned to be “key” - Lang, Donaldson, McCann, Spencer, Williamson, MacIver, Alfie - so this is worrying news. Suspect it may be Alfie.
Williamson? Presume you mean Henderson

Colin Steven reffing this will ensure that our defence will be upstaged in the comedy stakes. Can’t remember if it was him for Killie at home for the Oli Shaw penalty, foul was about three yards outside the box or if he sent off Wullie for dissent after giving an extremely soft penalty to Hamilton in the same season. Don’t think he was in charge for both but definitely one of them.
An absolutely shocking referee but just got to hope he gets the decisions comically wrong in your favour.
He's got wee man syndrome, seems to be permanently angry and as you say a shocking referee.

And right on cue the first card goes to a Fijiian

How many penalties do Wales get away with conceding before the cards come out? I'm sure he went to his pocket and changed his mind

With the end of the outdoor season fast approaching, what are people's plans for the winter? My club offers carpet bowls over the winter and there's a carpet bowls league planned on weekday evenings.
I've never played carpet bowls but from what I've heard about it I don't think I fancy it.

That’s more of a red than Curry. He was never getting to that kick, hadn’t even jumped when Ford had kicked it.
The tackle laws are fvkcking arse!
I'm not going to pretend to know much about the tackling laws and I watched the game last night purely to see Argentina pump England.
For me Curry's red card was soft, I thought it was accidental.
Argentina were very disappointing, not just because they failed to beat England but they barely laid a glove on them. England didn't even need to be good, just solid and disciplined. Of course they'll now think they'll win the full thing!

My complaint is about her batshit comments about what I should've asked.
Women are really bad for this. Always "you should say this", "you should ask that" "I would say this"
Funny how the tune changes when you say you're happy for them to deal with it in that case

Nearly 400 fans make the travel to Ayr on a Tuesday night for a cup tie nobody including McGlynn gave a sh*t about winning, we make 4 changes to our preferred first 11 to give our fringe players some game time and we put on two young boys for the final 25 minutes yet still win 1-0 against a team from the league above?
We really are MASSIVE
