Took in the friendly tonight. I know it was only a friendly and there's still 2 months of the transfer window to go but my god we are so toothless up top. There's really nothing there to work with. We have to keep the ball for ages to make an opening but we seem to need those doing the creating to be the players finishing off the chances we do create. Defensively we looked reasonably sound with only Darryl Duffy's chip looking the only way Stranraer were scoring. Being honest I wouldn't have minded seeing that go in as it might have woke some of our players up. Yeats/Yates the clear standout, hope he gets signed up. Tonight was the first time I've seen Jaime Wilson, how did Holt possibly consider him an upgrade on Keena and Dowds? He's probably worse than Taylor Morgan Can anybody confirm if the Stranraer player was given a straight red or was it two yellows? I only saw the red but I read an earlier comment about two yellows. Thought Mackie was lucky not to go too. Oh and the Stranraer manager and assistant are a pair of utter bellends.

Most unions have a hardship fund where members can go to for money to cover the loss in wages while striking. It might not cover the full loss but those on strike are grown adults capable of making their own decisions, they know full well the implications money wise. The fact they are striking knowing the loss they are taking shows the strength of feeling among them all.

I'd say that you do have a right to be annoyed but at the same time don't believe everything people post on social media.

Anybody else's child still come through to your bed during the night? My son is 6 and he has been coming through beside his mum and I every night for the last fortnight, before that he was sleeping all night in his own bed for months

She removed her work uniform from the washing machine around 8pm last night (i can't understand how the washing of the uniform couldnt be done this morning and hung out but that's her call as its her stuff) and put it in the washing basket which was then left at the bottom of the stairs "to go up later" and put over the airers. She will take washing from said airers, fold them into 3 different bundles (hers, mines and our son's) and leave the bundles on the bed in our spare room. Does anybody else's partner do stuff in stages? I think her mother probably does similar

For a while I listened every week to Open Goal, The Terrace, Football Daft but I'd say since March time I got fed up of the same voices making the same 'jokes' so I decided to give myself a break from them. Can't say I've missed them much. I like Sacked in the morning but its very much guest dependent. Mine's the same with the housework as I wfh 3 days a week. She thinks I've nothing better to do than washing, hoovering etc instead of working. Then on the days I do do some of these she moans about me having to work till later at night

On a slightly similar note, I took our 6 year old son to see The Lion King at the Playhouse yesterday. She is currently in Cala D'or with her mum and sister as part of her 40th birthday. Walking back to the train station after the show I've held his hand due to the number of people walking the same way and other parents doing the same with their kids. Speaking to her last night by phone and not only did she ask me repeatedly if I held his hand, she also repeatedly asked him. Could hear her mother in the background saying similar. Even her dad got fed up and sarcastically asked them if they thought I was stupid and would let him make his own way back.

Took my 6 year old son to see The Lion King at the Playhouse this afternoon. I've never really been into it and he has only seen it on DVD. I didn't know what to expect but I have to say it was absolutely brilliant. I have no energy left to sit through it again tonight let alone be involved in another performance like the cast and crew. Would definitely go back again and see something else (we have a flyer for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory next year).

I missed the post that kicked this all off for you. I'm delighted to hear you're in a better place thanks to the assistance you've been given as a result of this forum. See the stuff you say about your ex, all I will say is that if the roles were reversed you'd be getting called all the names under the sun. Don't do that yourself, rise above it. It will be hard but have as little contact with her as possible, you only have to be civil to her for the kids sake. Take care of yourself and take it one step at a time.

As much as I and many others think you're wrong, you're entitled to your opinion. Nobody is denying Clarke's set up and tactics were wrong. But hindsight is wonderful. It's not Clarke's fault the defenders failed to drop back and defend a ball over the top, pick up runners and it's not his fault McGinn missed that sitter. As much as Scotland were poor last night barring a few decent passages of play in the second half, Ukraine were much much better than I expected them to be. I suspect most of the Scotland players had the wrong mindset before the game, thinking keep it tight and go for it later once Ukraine start to tire and struggled to get out of it until it was too late.

All Ukraine are doing is passing and moving. Its that simple and we look like an amateur team. This could be 4 or 5
