Quick Question Thread

Watching MOTD and in the Southampton vs Manchester United game Southampton scored from a free kick.

The Man Utd players set up a regular wall, but then one of their players took a knee behind the wall with his hands clasped behind his back.

What is this nonsense?! Never seen that shit before and can't see what the point is.

When renewing you passport do you still need to get the back of the photos signed by someone like a doctor?

You only need the photos signed when renewing a passport. If you a replacing a lost or stolen passport or if your apperance has change a lot from your old photo.

Still need signed, but the criteria of the signer is a bit looser now.  It simply has to be a 'responsible person'.

I renewed my kids' ones earlier this year, and my neighbour, who's a veterinary nurse, countersigned.

No. In fact you don't need a physical photo. I used my phone and just uploaded the photo to the site.
