Eating raw chicken should always be avoided though. Yes this is the biggest problem here in Thailand for tourist, eating 2 day old rice.Funny enough off the street stalls not a problem, it's usually on/in hotels. I used to reheat rice all the time, 2 day and more, but over here after a day the rice gets a film/mold over it with the heat.
