Listened to a radio bit about Space yesterday and there was a speech by JFK @'62 I think. I had to double take as it was the spit of mayor quimby. My 15 minute drive to work took me over an hour because the road was shut due to an "unsafe" building, and I'm wondering how long this might be the case. A supplementary question. Nah, not really watched it for @20 years, found Futurama to be 'smarter', and the only JFK speech I remember is the Berliner one, and never twigged before. There must have been loads of them that were rejected when sent for approval by the Government. There was one to take a spaceship into orbit by a series of nuclear explosions in the atmosphere.
