grumswall Posted June 7 Share Posted June 7 Would imagine if we don't sign Byrne that we will still need another cm to come in unless kai is that signing and Murray sees him as being able to step up straight away, which is unlikely. Definitely one for the future and from what iv seen was highly rated at ek. Agree with what Renton says also. I'd agree. Even when a youth setup is established it can still take a few years and luck to start to bring someone through at a level you're happy with. He's already been playing "professionally", but not full time, so IM may want him close to the team for the first half. He is only 17 so we could see similar to what happened with Hannah, however I do think with him having played at a decent level already, he may be better getting more minutes in him and obviously training with our team early on. Haven't seen the guy play though and generally know very little about him, so will trust Murray and potters judgement with it.
