Jacksgranda
Woke up to a dusting of snow as far as the eye can see - goes without saying that there is snow on the Sperrins - and a very grey sky. Now snowing. As my mother would have said "Fit bonny". (She wasn't the one who had to go out in it!) ETA: Stopped snowing now. The sun's out, so it will probably be all melted soon. JamieStevenson
Not seen proper snow in at least 5 years, but it seems it's finally here at last.
Jacksgranda
In case Mozza is starting to fret - SNOW ON THE SPERRINS. Although it's only the rocky peaks, those of us who live at more civilised altitudes have to make do with a touch of frost, which soon disappears.

KnightswoodBear
Should be snow tonight and into Wednesday morning. Your weather reports are becoming increasingly vague. Where? Glasgow? Edinburgh? Perth? Aspen? Anchorage?

Hedgecutter
And so the nice, light and white fluffy stuff floats down peacefully up here. University campus is full of African students running about the place though as if an air raid siren had just gone off, for many being the first snow they'll have ever seen. It's entertaining to watch.
afca32
It was beautiful this morning. I even considered putting on shorts.
SlipperyP
http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-35723643 Snow in England....wtf Heavy snowfall has caused "chaos" in parts of northern England, with forecasters predicting further cold weather in the days to come. Yorkshire and Lancashire have been worst affected, after 2-5cm fell overnight, with 10cm reported on higher ground.
