I mind they asked "What's the American word for dentists?" and had the guests buzzing for ages trying all sorts like "orthodontists" and such like, getting increasingly more desperate. Vic eventually put on a really crap American accent and said "dennists". You probably had to be there, but it was genius. It seems workers in call centres toilet breaks are monitored and presumably they can't take too many in a day.
