Brother Blades
Why isn't Northern Ireland a British nation?Historically Great Britain is the main island & NI is a part of the island of Ireland. The UK is Great Britain & Northern Ireland. So technically NI is not part of GB.

Or, as the rest of the world thinks us, England.

NJ2
I am going private with healthcare and I feel like I’m cheating on thee NHS though - it was the NHS doctor that told me I would be better going private as it’d take months on the NHS (my consultation with the private specialist has been arranged today and I’m being seen in 2 weeks). Am I being stupid for feeling guilty? It’s also costing me a minimum of £200, most likely more.
Cerberus
Using UK tax payers money to build Wembley then selling the satdium off to "fund English grassroots football" is wanky behaviour but completely expected.

I wouldn't feel too guilty about it. Most people could afford £200 if they chose. P.S. The "private specialist" is more than likely moonlighting from his NHS job. I don’t need to go into the reasons as they’re probably the same reasons that are making you feel guilty. I’d like to think I’d never go down that route but can’t swear to it. Probably be even more difficult I feel it was my wife, kids or grandkids who needed treatment. The fact that you’re feeling guilty shows you have character.
