Boghead ranter
Now only 36 hours away from The Skids gig at Glen Pavilion in Dunfermline. Much excitedness and anticipation.

Cracking player. Hard to beat a Goldtop Les Paul with P90s for tone aswell.
Boghead ranter
The Skids were immense at (the slightly smelling of pish) Glen Pavilion last night. Glad I was able to get a ticket.
tongue_tied_danny
Just got me a ticket for the Happy Mondays in Dundee in October. I doubt if they'll be as good as they were when I saw them at the SECC back in the 90s but I feel obliged to attend.

Ira Gaines
Back at the hotel after Linkin Park at the O2. Amazing show. Some stuff I didn't expect to enjoy as much as I did and great to finally see the big stuff live.
GrahamJags
Green Day tonight at Bellahouston Park, and it's pishing it down. Excellent.
Dunning1874
Daily Record are reporting that Green Day have cancelled tonight. I'm not going anyway, but you'd hope their source on that is Joe Miller.

Where did you get tickets from? I followed the link on their website to get mine from a site I'd not heard of before and I'm wondering when it'll get here.
Have some faith in Magic
When I read that announcement I was sure there was more to it than a bit of rain this morning. As they said in chewing the fat. I smell.........
TheGoon
The promoters have utterly fucked it.
The Minertaur
Wait did they only start building the stage this morning? Surely not. Few of my mates are in Glasgow for this - bit of a shitter travelling all that way, paying for trains and a hotel only for it to be cancelled for a pathetic reason. EDIT - apparently cancelled due to Pedro Caixinha saying there are no more Green Days allowed in Glasgow. Edited July 4, 2017 by The Minertaur totally not stolen from Twitter.....
mrcat1990
Currently on my lunch break and alot of folks cutting about who had obviously travelled from all over looking a bit deflated. Absolute shitemare.

For Gallagher and Clyro in August, the thing was up and running by the Wednesday ahead of the event on the Friday.....they've chanced their arm, and couldn't send guys 80ft up in the air to build the thing with pishing wind and rain obviously.......not the brightest bunch one would assume....Its Glasgow in fucking July. I assume they will lose an absolute fucking pile of cash as a result of this f**k up. Seems unbelievably poor in terms of planning and execution. Thank f**k I seen them in Zürich earlier in the year. Considered coming home for tonight and then TRNSMT at the weekend but didn't bother in the end.

Trnzmit will crash and burn. That Eminem gig was pandemonium right enough. Someone not get slashed?
Jaggy Snake
Gutted Green Day is cancelled. Was going with a big group of people and would have been fun. Thankfully I was only travelling from EK and I've seen them before. Really feel for people who were coming from further away. Day in the pub ahead. RiG
The company rather stupidly stuck something up on Instagram saying that there were problems with the stage and PA system which was then deleted. Now they've cobbled up the adverse weather excuse. Feel for anyone who has travelled for basically nothing.
