mrcat1990
I completely agree with you. That video I posted before completely sums up the difference in mentalities, and I'd take the European style any day of the week. Jesus f**k I've never seen that one Almost as bad as this cringetastic nonsense. Edited December 7, 2015 by mrcat1990
Honest_Man#1
That's exactly what I hate about American sports. I much prefer the European mentality with ultras, singing/chanting and a real atmosphere. Have a look at this video and you'll see what I mean! . I like both. They both work for different sports IMO, and ice hockey is one where I like the American style. I think it's because I see ice hockey as more of a family night out type thing whereas football you want a more tense, real atmosphere as it's less family orientated. -
Zanetti
Going to my first eihl game next Friday as the stars host Nottingham, watched a fair bit of NHL so hoping it lives up to my expectations Enjoy it? Good result anyway.
invergowrie arab
I certainly enjoyed it and the Sunday. Coventry twice and fife at home is a chance of a 6 point week but we seem to f**k up against fife at the moment. Is this the tightest league for years? seems anyone can beat anyone and no one can get streak going.

Thereisalight..
The Clan are certainly having a bi-polar season. In the last few weeks they've lost at home to Sheffield, followed that with a win away at Cardiff, then a loss to Belfast at home then two days later a convincing win over in Belfast. Now a loss away to Fife -.-
invergowrie arab
Stars too. Away win at devils, home loss to fife.
Thereisalight..
Braehead beat Cardiff tonight. No consistency at all
philpy
3 straight wins for fife, and 6 out of the last 8. Happy with that, but they still lack a bit of toughness.
ulysses
Good game at Braehead tonight, 7-4 against Dundee. Power play is still absolutely brutal, but nice to see us score a barrel load for a change. Table is starting to look interesting...

Thereisalight..
I'll be at the Storm game on Fri night so it will be a low scoring game! (I always seem to jinx the Clan with my presence). Need to start taking advantage of power plays as so far they've be rank this season
Zanetti
2-3000 2000 would be a really low crowd for us these days, 3000+ is normal. I was down in Manchester yesterday, cracking trip, solid win. As ridiculous as this would've sounded a couple of months ago, with our games in hand and the fixtures we've got we're in a great position to be aiming to win the league. Fantastic.

Not at all, I used to follow a team who got similar crowds. It's more the fact I think they are subhuman scum who did an Airdrie.
invergowrie arab
The league is a proper 5 way contest now. Clan currently on form but everyone seems to have Wee bursts then fall away. Stars just about still in the Conference but away to fife this Saturday and away to clan next Saturday are must win.

Assuming you mean the Eagles, the centrum only held about 2500. The situation is in no way comparable and there are tons of people who used to be Eagles fans that support the Clan now. And the Clan were formed seven years after the Eagles went bust.
