Quite happy with our business- mainly keeping key players but also two new additions who look promising.

I would like to see another centre half brought in on loan if possible.

I think the main thing that could see our title tilt derailed would be an injury to one of (or both, which doesn't bear thinking about) our centre halves. We've been lucky in this regard so far, but I really think that McGlynn should be looking to bring in some decent cover in that area. Other than that, we're hunky dory I would say.

A summary of the transfer window:

Us keeping our best players = pleasing

Us adding in Tait and Shanley = pleasing pleasing

Hamilton signing a bunch of diddies = pleasing pleasing pleasing

Add in us taking our opponents potentailly best player (after their press 'leak) = fkn hilariously pleasing '

Smart to sign him but loan him back out. It means he can get up to speed with how we train but still get game time before actually starting with us full time. Interested to see how he does next season!

WE'RE SCOUTING THE JUNIORS!!!!

Looks like cover for Yeats predominantly but also a punt on young player who won’t be costing much and has potential to perhaps kick on and become part of the fist 11. Can see him basically filling the space in the squad Bisland will vacate.

From a Cumbernauld supporter.

He’s strong, athletic and quick, very good at defensive recovery runs and also excellent going forward, if he gets in the box he’s got a great cross goal strike on him.  Obviously a big step up to the championship but he’s a great lad who will do well.

Reckon a Yeats contract extension should be our next priority. If he keeps developing he looks like he could actually get us a decent fee one day and it'd be interesting to see how he develops if he starts playing as a CM next season. Then McCann!

I’m all for taking a chance on signings like this. Not the Hartley model where every player is making a step up but should always have a place for 2-3 youngsters that have been let go from other academies such as Yeats or guys to make the step-up, like Adam’s.

Morrison actually turned down more money at Livingston to sign for us.

Don't blame him tbh, 1,142 at their last home game which must be up there with the worst top flight attendances ever outside of Gretna.

From someone at Colts:

John McGlynn loves him. Has had the best stats at training in the last Month than any of the full time players.

Not a regular football type though. Came to us from Glasgow Uni having just qualified in Politics and economics. Quite posh and quiet but lovely guy.

Probably didn't think was going to be professional footballer when he graduated last Year.

Great have him back on loan as not much to replace him.

Makes me think of Davie Weir, sure he was 22 when he signed with us as well, having been on a scholarship in America.

What a debut he had as well, marking Duncan Ferguson.

Just watched some of the action from Hearts B v Cumbernauld Colts and immediately what stands out his his stature. He's definitely in the Coll height range.

Seemed to play as an attacking fullback and looks a decent prospect.

There's some decent players that have came from the juniors the one that sticks out in recent times is Pittman at livi who came from Broxburn Athletic, then you've got the boy Walker who's just left Kelty for Dundalk, glad to see we are keeping an eye on that market aswell.

Adams-6ft

coll-6ft 2

lang-6ft 1

mcann-5ft 6

Yeats-6ft 4

so definitely a tall lad

all heights from a quick search and seem right apart from Yeats so if anyone can double cheating these that would be great

That Albion rovers guy who was at Camelon last year moving to Burnley has to be the biggest move of them all
