Type that with your elbows mate?

It's quite something to look like an absolute teary mess after progressing in a cup, but here you are. I won't pretend to understand.

Funny how this Stenny w*nkrr was nowhere to be seen after they got jumped 4-0 going on 10-0 on a game that actually mattered ……

The game mattered to me and I am pissed off more we are out undeservedly than playing shite and getting beat. Let’s be honest though and even Naismith in his interview acknowledge’s it, yesterday was 1-1 going on 4/5-1 and was little different to the way the league cup game went in terms of possession and chances made. As for this Vimeo roaster, just stick on ignore

At the end of the day enjoyed the match yesterday apart from the result, should have been at least 3 to 4 goals up. Gave some players game time they needed, well done to Stenhousemuir and enjoy your big win😉

That just about sums it up. Really didn’t mind Stenny winning the game and pleased for them as a club, but the attitude of some of their supporters on here and one or two with the v signs after the game yesterday, was similar to that of your average Morten fan so really just irritates you to the extent that you end up wishing them nothing but ill will……

They have always hated Falkirk despite what Telfer says.

Was stunned at the penalty at the match. It actually looks an even worse dive on the highlights

Worse than Dylan Tait's last week? Where he fouled the Morton player but somehow got a penalty?

Dylan Tait was fouled. Matty Aitken wasn't. So yes, much worse.

By all means, watch the incident and pass on what you think. Or don't.... Whatever

Having watched the highlights, Hendo has badly timed a shoulder barge and the height mismatch has did for him. No complaints really.

Nicky also very unlucky not to get a hand to one or two of Stenny's penalties in the shoot-out. Onto next week!

Am I right in saying we'll have had only 1 home game in a period of 62 days?? That game being Ayr on the 5th October.

Partick was on the 24th August and Dunfermline is on the 26th October.

Away cup games, away league games, international breaks. Unbelievable stat. Makes you think we'll have a glut of home games coming our way but it doesn't look like it, albeit Livi home still to be rearranged.

Imagine thinking an early round of a cup you won't win in a hundred years is more important than a cup you should be aiming to win. Bairn mentality!

Again.... A number of Stenny fans pointed out when discussing their non attendance yesterday, that had it been the big cup, they definitely would have went.

The league Cup progression gave us a magnificent day against Hearts and will net us an absolute fortune, assuming we dont pull off a shock for the ages, which tbh, you have to be there before you can pull off. So yes, by every single conceivable measure, the league Cup is more important.

We have also in recent history managed to get to three Scottish cup finals in the space of just over 20 years so it’s not beyond realms of possibility we might get there again with a semi only two years ago as well. A simple look at the attendances across the Scottish cup games verses the challenge cup games will show bairns fans aren’t the only ones who don’t take the tournament quite as seriously as the other two trophies.
