I don't think the squad will be chopped and changed quite as much as some people think Obviously the loan guys will be away, along with some others like Taiwo, Grant etc but a lot of the ones we're not sure about will be kept imo It bloomin better be. Id expect the league to be a lot harder next season. If united get their finger out and say ross county come down plus theres no way ict will have such a dreadful start . Youve then got ayr up and perhaps raith. We need a total overhaul if we're going to win the league.

All depends on who we bring in, the Loy signing I'm sure brought in 400+ extra season tickets, tho I think a lot of our signings will be reacted with "Who" in the same manner as Jak and Nelson when signed Not a bad thing when we have just signed released Hibs Hearts etc players for years but we will need a good PR on these signings for it to bring in season ticket sales. 2 hours ago, NewBornBairn said: What deal is Robson on? Hartley looked pretty pissed off with him a few times on Saturday Robson had a poor game on Saturday, especially first half. He still has a lot to learn I feel and better going forward than defending but he can defend, something that can be ironed out with coaching and experience.

WestfieldBairn
Was out for lunch with the Mrs yesterday at the Beancross and Conor Park came in and picked up a guy with his bag sitting at the bar. Looked like a potential signing but no idea who he is. Must be someone from down south.

Oh the look on their faces when they’ve been told they’ve lost their job and income, it’ll be just brilliant.

[emoji20] Well anyone thats not having their contract renewed is simply not having their contract renewed. Thats how football works. Anyone who is under contract is free to stay, or will be paid out to leave. Whats the issue here? Who is getting put out a job?

Except that won't be happening. The fans facebook pages at the end of last week contained multiple posts from folk who know the players. Those posts confirmed that the players had already been told whether they're being offered a new contract or not.

Kyle
One of the hottest properties in the lower leagues to released in the space of about 18 months. I'm sorry to see that Grant's injuries seem to have had such a negative impact on his career. I suspect this thread will be the place to be again this summer as Hartley rebuilds for the future.
