They're really not that special. They're not especially hated at all. Morton fans are taking particular delight in this because of the McKinnon situation, which is perfectly understandable. Everyone else is just enjoying the Schadenfreude that always accompanies relegation though. It has an additional dimension because in this context Falkirk are a relatively big club. It would have been very similar had St Mirren not scrambled clear a couple of years ago. My only regret is that I can't really join in because my club is as bad and is probably going in the same direction.
