Guest
Cheers lads, we've been trying to punt him for the best part of a year. Strange player. Isnt quick, isnt strong, doesnt win headers, doesnt pass the ball particularly well, doesnt hit shots with much power, but doesnt place them well either. Hes just sort of there and sometimes happens to get on the end of something to knock it in. Best of luck to him, as he seems nice enough, but I suspect you'll be his last full time club before he returns to the Irish pub league.Happy to oblige, benevolent to the end us
Guest
Really no idea where we are going with this one. Where is the strategy, planning etc.More panic and more cash being burnt by the look

We've been desperate to get him off the books for a while, cant see us letting him go without some contribution financially.
Bairney The Dinosaur
What an absolute state our squad is in. McKinnon hasn’t got a clue.
Russ
We needed another left-back and a Davis Keillor-Dunn and we’ve gone and signed a 3rd choice striker. Really strange stuff from McKinnon and again makes the decision not to punt Johnstone when we had the chance even more mental.
Long Suffering Bairn
Of course it would have been better if we signed a swashbuckling winger or whatever, but who do we think we are right now? We are in the third level of Scottish football with a team playing like strangers. What decent player in their right mind would want to come here? What are we expecting, especially with McKinnon doing the picking?

Guest Ecosse83
This is going to be a strange season. We could win the league by 10 points and I will still be desperate for the manager to go.
Long Suffering Bairn
Just Youtubed David McMillan's goals. He might be past his best but at least he has a proven goal scoring record. How many times have we signed strikers in the past few season who have barely scored any goals at all in the career?
Guest
Well, I was happy being unhappy with the performances, and the manner in which McKinnon had us set up to play. Now that’s gone, and I am genuinely uneasy about all of it. This is really starting to feel like it’s all on the brink of completely unravelling. McKinnon saying he had worked really hard to get him to the club...........we should all be getting nervous right about now.

From the time it took to get one in place, to initially having the funds for only a squad of 17, to then being given additional money on a piecemeal basis months afterwards. This latest cash was only made available after the transfer window closed. It can't be easy to plan a squad of players when the goalposts keep changing every five minutes.

Long Suffering Bairn
If we can get the players playing to their potential we will be laughing. The squad isn't perfect but for the league we are in it should be overkill. The only problem is whether McKinnon can do this.

bairn88
Got to admit I just cannot be arsed with pretty much everything the club does atm. Just feels like a total shambles and there’s nothing we can do about it. Didn’t realise it’d be possible to be more apathetic and disillusioned with everything and everyone after the end of last season but they’re a long long way along the line to achieving that
