killiekranky
Some strong rumours that they will be playing their home gmes at Murray Park if season ticket sales are as bad as expected.
Happy Buddie
Not the Caribbean, then? (greeny awarded for subtle light opera-based gag!) And they didn't have anything to do with a fitness regime popular with ladies.
sjc
What's really pissing me off is: when the f**k are the BBC going to change "Club 12" on their website ?! I suspect they're in denial !
WeeHectorPar
I really feel we could now be set for a fantastic few years that will re-shape and invigorate the game. The TV deal is going to be worth millions for at least 3 years to the SFL, and if they play their cards right and insist on a 5 year deal, these leagues and teams will improve, facilties will improve, if SPL money reduces then we will have a tightening up from bottom to top seeing far more competition in the cups and leagues overall. Especially if the TV deal insists on Newco being in the SFL for 5 years.
Happy Buddie
Some strong rumours that they will be playing their home gmes at Murray Park if season ticket sales are as bad as expected. Any truth in the rumour they're going to pull out of Div 3 and participate in the next PnB 5s competition?
sjc
Any truth in the rumour they're going to pull out of Div 3 and participate in the next PnB 5s competition? Why don't they just give up and accept that they are an outdated concept......like the steam engine or the zeplin.
cyderspaceman
Not the Caribbean, then? (greeny awarded for subtle light opera-based gag!) Thank you, kind sir. And when they finally crash and burn, "Oh, happy day, with joyous glee"
sjc
Just a thought....... if the TV deal is dependent upon 4 OF games...........why don't we relegate Celtic into SFL Division 3 ?
Happy Buddie
On Google maps, what used to be Murray Park is now labelled "Milngavie & Bearsden Sports Club". Has it been sold already?

What a great idea. This is the sort of thinking that made Britain Great. This thread is just marking time again. When is the next announcement due? When is the next deadline? Does anyone have a link to Off the Ball?

When is the next announcement due? When is the next deadline? Does anyone have a link to Off the Ball? Given that the "transfer embargo" was shot down, shouldn' t Ally be signing players? He doesn't need SFA licence to do so, just to enable them to be registered, so surely he should be getting them in, just in case Charlie Boy agrees to accept that as a punishment ......or is he short of readies, by any chance?

Heidthebaw
Why are there all these references to religion, Ireland, flags and the monarchy? These have nothing to do with football. It is sad to say that absent any real developments in the thread it has been hijacked by those of a certain persuasion in the Strathclyde region to perpetuate the types of obsessions and attitudes that give the rest of Scotland and Scottish football a bad name. This thread needs to move to the 3rd division or the Sevco-Celtic thread where it now appears to belong. Aye and all those references to films. music, genitals, abuse of officals, bodily functions and philosophy, fucking joke of a football forum
