No8.
Why did you post you would start singing it when it was pointed out to you that it was racist? Edit to Add I made the common mistake at that time, a mistake that was even made in a court, and confused a popular football chant with The Famine Song.
No8.
What did I say that was bigoted?? I stated facts, you are self confessed Loyalist who travels to the north of Ireland to shake hands with murderers and you support rangers.. what is bigoted about that??? 'The North of Ireland' Deary me.
bennett
I have never sung the famine song. I have never heard anybody anywhere other than youtube sing the Famine song. I've never heard any Rangers fans sing that song, far too many people (deliberately) confuse the video on you tube to what was actually sung at games.
Apache Don
I made the common mistake at that time, a mistake that was even made in a court, and confused a popular football chant with The Famine Song. Doesn't matter if you had confused it with 'Easy Easy!' The implication from you was that having been told a song was bigoted, you would now add it to your list of 'must sing songs'.
bennett
Not vividly at all then...you actually said the fact your club had benefited from mistakes made it all the sweeter. statements such as that leave you in no position to judge others when it comes to fair play. As far as 'honest mistakes' goes or the decisions being down to just your good luck. Not even you believe that. Monkey has more faces than the toon clock.
Umbungo1874
I made the common mistake at that time, a mistake that was even made in a court, and confused a popular football chant with The Famine Song. What did you mean when you stated you reserve the right to tell people to f**k off back to that country for singing foreign national anthems. Edit for spelling mistake (thanks AP) Edited July 29, 2013 by Umbungo1874

bennett
What did you mean when you stated you reserve the right to tell people to f**k off back to that country for signing foreign national anthems. Michael Kelly commented on the chant at the time, he seemed to think it was satirical. -

No8.
 Do you not travel to the northern part of the Island of Ireland?? And answer the question fucknugget, what did I say that in anyway would make me a bigot?? But nice deflection I tend only to converse with yahoos onn hereif they are reasonable...as far as yahoos can be. I also use the 'pub talk' rule....would you speak to me like that in a pub? I think not. Tbh after reading your posts i think i would meet you outside the pub looking for a carry out. The North of Ireland....how Green Brigade of you. The war is over...You lost.
Apache Don
Are you going to tell me why I am a bigot?? Or am I just a bigot cause I don't like the rangurs? It would seem that you openly associate/socialise with Male Celtic fans and therefore, your 'outlook' is contrary to his and clearly defines you as a bigot. Fkg obvious if you ask me.

Apache Don
This thread would make your eyes bleed now. Can't argue with that, nothing much happening, so it's just a bitches tea party. Some funny moments but mainly it's who knows most swear words and trying to twist everyone's posts to sound in some way bigoted or racist.

Apache Don
I openly associate/socialise with rangers fans, wonder if this makes me a loyalist like No8 I suppose it probably hinges on, whether or not they murdered anyone and if you actually shook their hands.

Tbh i have only seen the video twice and have no idea if it is still online Are plastics trying to suggest that the famine song that appeared on YouTube is the same one as sung at Ibrox and elsewhere? Really?
Bendarroch
Who are lots and lots of people, its a confusing term, surely you see this? You are either talking about Donegal, in which case NW Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland the part that is part of the United Kingdom, so which is it? It's not that confusing, I'm hoping to go on holiday next summer to Southern Ireland. I've been to Northern Ireland several times before.

I am on my phone but can someone explain to Um the difference between The chant and the famine song. Just for the record the judge was given incorrect evidence and linked tbe chant and the song.

AS I've already said, it doesn't matter what song he thought was being spoken about, it's the fact that, on being informed it was deemed to be racist, he then decided it was a song now worth singing.
