Deeboy
I started this ages ago and hit the wall somewhere in the middle of season two. I left it for a few months. Went back and started at S2 E1, struggled again (especially at 'Fly') but persevered at an episode a day. Since Sunday I've absolutely battered through Season 3 & Season 4 and that's where I'm at tonight. I just want to say here, they two seasons were absolutely fucking brilliant TV, I'm worried 5 will be flogging the horse a bit but I start that on Friday.
1320Lichtie
Aye it's a fucking fantastic show. Don't know if I've ever been as glued to a TV series before. I watched it all in my 3 weeks off at Christmas I'm sure. Scenes. Mind staying up all night watching it and popping down to macdees for 2 bacon rolls at 6am and just staying on watching it till I fell asleep.
RandomGuy.
The later seasons of Dexter were a shambles. Anything after the Trinity Killer is pretty pointless tbh

YER SISTERS YER MAW
Just finished this now. im going to miss it. What a great program. You should give 'Better call Saul' a bash. Nowhere near as good as Breaking Bad IMO but still interesting if you liked Saul that is.

Went into this, the first episode was a struggle but when Tuco turned up I decided to carry on with it, glad I did.im on ep. 8 now and thoroughly enjoying it, the way they're building him into Saul, is very nicely done.
IainMorton
Just finished watching this for the second time. Just superb. The end scene is maybe the best TV I have ever watched.
kerrdavidson95
Hit the wall in the middle of season 3. Starting at Episode 6, where I think I left it.
IainMorton
Season two is the one that drags for me, with a lot happening but nothing overly excitable. Three and four are the best. Five starts brilliantly then falls away, before picking up again for the season finale.

mjw
Watched the last episode today. It was a great ending but that last series seemed to take me forever to get through.
Dunning1874
Finished it last night. I first watched in 2013 I think but just kept dipping in and out of the first two series as I found they dragged a fair bit. Eventually persisted with the second series and once I hit the third series I was glued to it. I'm not sure I'd put it on a par with The Sopranos but it was brilliant all the same and as has been said several times in his thread, Ozymandias and the last episode of the fourth series are two of the finest episodes of television ever made.

Completely disagree on its placing with The Sopranos. I'd equate it with football. For years Pele (Sopranos) and Maradona (The Wire) were viewed as the best ever, but recently, C. Ronaldo (Game of Thrones) and especially Messi (Breaking Bad) have surpassed them and performed at a level that hasn't been seen before. Breaking Bad is the best programme ever, in my opinion. Ozymandias is the finest episode of television I've ever seen though, incredible from first minute to last.

Tamdunk
I'd put mad men above them all. Better characters and less of a reliance on holy shit moments. Of course some of those holy shit moments in the others are incredible.
