The OP
House of Fraser. I reckon they'll be absolutely fine, they seem quite similar to John Lewis (although their clothing tends to be dearer) and John Lewis are doing pretty damn well. Mothercare for me. Halfords was my second choice and I think they are a more likely contender, although as someone pointed out they are now selling bikes which may save them. Either way, can I change to Halfords? DA Baracus
Why are folk saying Halfords are 'now' selling bikes? They've been selling bikes for at least 15 years
Fotbawmad
Initially I thought WHSmith because its a classic jack of all trades master of none shop. I can't see the high street outlets being around in the future, but it will still be around in 10 years due to its airports and train stations, which are relativly well priced in the land of comparing rip off to other rip off shops in that sector. I say Early Learning Center will be next, The one shop I would see disapointed to see go one day would be M&S, because they do actually sell some decent quality stuff.
