peasy23
And here's the costs involved if anybody fancies taking a punt on Haskins.
ICTChris
This must be a record for earliest release of a first round QB? Rosen got traded. Paxton Lynch got taken 26th and lasted a season longer than Haskins. Edited December 29, 2020 by ICTChris
Boo Khaki
Haskins cleared waivers. No team put in a claim. He'll no doubt pitch up in someone's training camp. I wonder if BB might believe he can straighten him out in NE.

A Smaller market would be good for him.
pozbaird
Surprised Elway hasn’t offered Haskins a five year deal with $100 million guaranteed. My signature text needs updated....
Fife Saint
Steelers seem to be the one with the most noise. A Smaller market would be good for him. I fully endorse this. I'm shiting it at the thought of Darnold ending up in the AFC North in Shitsburg.

I think Darnold is another good candidate to eventually end up in NE on the cheap. BB will have seen plenty of him by the time the Jets cut/bin/let him play out his contract in favour of the next QB'ing disaster waiting to happen, so I'd imagine that if he believes there's enough there to make it work he'll be all over SD like flies on shite.
steelmen
Well that's an interesting baffling characteristically idiotic NFLUK shout for ROTY How can Rodgers be MVP but not offensive player of the year?Due to mad play calling Burrow was on course to break records before he was broken so I can see why they would go for him. Chin is a good shout, he’s been playing really well same with Lamb at Dallas but Herbert has looked like he is a couple of seasons in already.

That happens quite a lot, last year Lamar Jackson got MVP and Michael Thomas got OPOTY. Herbert is the offensive rookie for me, even more impressive given the team/coaches.
GNU_Linux
Justin Jefferson of the Vikings is a strong candidate for offensive rookie. Between him & Justin Herbert of the Chargers imo.

My picks - Holt, Johnson, Manning, Matthews, Mills, Seymour, Wayne, Woodson, but Matthews probably not going to be selected while they stick in more of a 'profile' like Lynch or Allen.
Bully Wee Villa
Is there a potential that both the Clay Matthews could end up there eventually? And, if so, would they be the first father and son to make it? Edited January 6, 2021 by Bully Wee Villa

lichtie23
Well it will take the committee about 1.4 seconds to decide Peyton Manning is getting in the HOF.
Boo Khaki
Most of LAC's 9 Covid listings were in the last few weeks of the season, and I'm pretty certain at least half of them were just an exploitative way to bring a player up from the PS for dead games. I don't think we actually had a single confirmed positive on the playing staff. Edited January 6, 2021 by Boo Khaki
