CountyFan
Rams Defensive coordinator Tim Walton relieved of his duties. Personally felt we took a step back on D this season. An exciting opportunity for someone with the young talent we have on that side of the ball.

Stewbo
What's going on in Dallas by the way? Only caught the arse end of a discussion about them hiring a new coach to call plays who isn't an offensive or defensive coordinator and neither of them will be replaced? Surely that gives those coaches f**k all to do, or will they put all the work in on the practice field coming up with the plays then have this guy tell the players when to actually use them? That team is a total bombscare!

GingerSaint
I saw it as a mix of the NFL app and Bleacher Report's Team Stream. Hopefully it will be better than the current NFL app which takes forever to load.
Raidernation
Going back to Goodell's suggestions re extra points and 7 pt touchdowns..... The game needs to get back to highlighting defensive qualities, but seeing as they now can't tackle QBs or WRs, why not make a safety worth the same as a TD, i.e. 6 pts for a safety, but no PAT?
Bully Wee Villa
Genuine nail-biter. Seattle just managed to hang on.
Swarley
Genuine nail-biter. Seattle just managed to hang on. Be interesting to see how many of the current roster they can keep a hold of for next season. Am sure quite a few will now be looking for improved contracts.
Pride_of_the_Clyde
Be interesting to see how many of the current roster they can keep a hold of for next season. Am sure quite a few will now be looking for improved contracts. That's the real beauty of this for Seattle; the complexion of their team being as it is. The number of young, late-round picks means that not only are many of their contributors on buttons (relative to the average wage of a starter in the league) but many will remain so for a time yet as under the most recent CBA a rookie cannot reup his deal until he has three years service in the league. And even at that their current, low-paying contracts extend to fourth and fifth years. Just a bang up job by Schneider and Carroll.
lichtie23
Sherman will be in the final year of his rookie contract and will make just over $1 million. I can see a wee hold out
Stewbo
I dont think they'll pay him what he wants. Either he signs a career deal with them for little cap hit or he goes to the highest bidder. He's won the big one, loyalty goes out the window after that, you start to think about your own legacy and your retirement package
