Amazing that the probe is gonna get so close to the sun without getting damaged assuming it gets there successfully. Hopefully get some good data back from it.

4 million miles away, a pair of shades and a silver foil hat should do it.

I can't wait.

Patience there young man, it takes a bit of time to get to the sun unless your going at the speed of light but I can sense your eager anticipation i'm  sure it will be worth the wait

Takes ages even then and tbh it's a bit boring.

Elon Musk's first paying customer to the moon is a man called Yusaku Maezawa who has decided to select his fellow passengers from the artists below.

Should have watched Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy imo.

Is he paying more than the other passengers to get the privilege of choosing his fellow spacemen/women? Seems a bit unfair if not.

Either way, I wouldn't be choosing from a bunch of poncey artists if I was flying to the moon; I'd be wanting to be surrounded by as many experts in space travel as possible in case it went tits up.  I'd be having an astronaut, a rocket scientist and an aeronautical engineer for starters. I'd be very disappointed in myself if I was sat on the moon in a capsule with faulty engines if the guy on the left of me was holding a paintbrush and the guy on the right an acoustic guitar.

My reading is that he's selecting from these disciplines as a service to humanity, with the intention of everything going tits up.
