BFTD
There's been a bag of Haribo Hippomilks kicking around the kitchen for a few months; the wean's gran bought them for him and he decided he doesn't like them. I'm not feeling well today, so I've decided I'm breaking my diet and they're getting scarfed. They're surprisingly pleasant.

They're just padding.

They've never been a favourite, but I like the odd one or two when they're offered. I've been off sugar for quite a while now, and it's affected my tastebuds a bit. I've recently tried a couple of sweet things that I used to love and didn't enjoy them much, but the white foamy things went down a treat. I intent to give myself a week off at Christmas, followed by a week of punishing exercise to compensate, and those Hippomilks might just be my sweetie of choice for the festive season.

BFTD
Came home to a delicious ox tail that had been simmering away to perfection all day. I appreciate this is getting a bit like @Robin.Hood and his Irn-Bru addiction, but I can't overstate how good this is.

I'm not proud of myself. It's in my face 5 days a week at work. Had a wee tipple and well that's me back on it. Get use to it in the end.
