Futureboy
Two Cairn Terriers chilling out in their natural environment! Fair play to them, they took a 18km walk and a Munro in their stride today in particularly hot weather. Fortunately a river accompanied the majority of the walk for keeping them cool. The wee mutt is 11 this year and still thinks she is a pup. Looks just like my 5 year old Patterdale I have seen a couple of patterdales that look just like her in the face. When we got her from the council pound she was classed as a terrier/whippet cross. I think patterdale is the predominant breed in the mix Edited July 14, 2020 by Swordfishtrombone

He was around 16-17 years old and had done well for himself. He lost the use of his back legs 18 months ago but when we got him his cart/carriage it was like he had always been knocking about with it and we were so happy that it gave him continued quality life. He got an infection earlier this week and very quickly deteriorated and the vet suggested at his age, it was best to put him to sleep. The flat is so empty without him today. Dugs, eh??? Really sorry for your loss mate, what a handsome dog.
