Melbourne was 1st, Perth (Oz version) 7th. Don't know how they determine liveable when we have the highest unemployment rate of any State in Australia plus the highest unsolved murder rate. At least the weather is usually good and the beer cold. Anyway on to more important things. The new quiz week.
