Chelsea apparently have made an offer and there's numerous folk quitting Barca. It may be coincidence, or there may be more to it. It'd be great if he went. Heard a rumour that addidas will help fund a Chelsea bid, in the region of £200m. Apparently Messi is becoming out of favour with the fans to Neymar.... Will never happen though. FWIW he also follows Man City. Also Berahino is available for £20m+ seemingly, ridiculous amount for someone so unproven but it'll likely be paid.
