Quitongo's Left Peg
Does anyone have a copy of the accounts and shareholders letter I could have a look at?? Haven't seen them but would be interested to read them especially considering the way your all talking about this!! We've went through them in detail on this weeks podcast. https://soundcloud.com/oneteaminayrshire/boyd-bae-board-boo Bullet points are: Owed Billy Bowie and Park Hotel circa 1mill as of May 2015 after new hospitality deals etc 2.5million owed to creditors; club made 700k loss 1million needed unless footballing performances improved (which they didn't) from external sources or "failure to secure additional funding would result in the existence of a material uncertainty , which may cast doubt as to the company's ability to continue as a going concern." (taken verbatum from the Auditors' report) Mann's letter said basically fans were to blame and he doesn't know why attendances/hospitality is down Owed MJ's law firm 107k for legal fees; up from 61k from the previous years accounts AGM to be held at 2pm on a Tuesday when most shareholders will be at work. To mask some bad news? We either announce external investment or we go into administration - seems the only two likely options

Dindeleux
Maybe the St Mirren posters thread on here about us going into administration back in 2008 was actually true........ In all seriousness though it does not look good. It's a rock and a hard place of course but if we cannot sustain a squad in this league then maybe it's time for us to drop down to a level where we can.
das scooter boy
It will be pretty hilarious when Boyd scores 20 goals next season and Rangers fans get all pissy at him. Has he aye?

Highlandmagyar
Will Killie do a Hearts? Save admin until after the season ends and take the hit in the premiership next season.
ScottyPTFC
Will Killie do a Hearts? Save admin until after the season ends and take the hit in the premiership next season. Big risk incase they go down via playoff/straight down this year.

energyzone
It's OK, the games against Rangers (Blue Pound Ltd) and the hiring of the stadium to Glasgow Warriors will save us.
killiepiemuncher
It's OK, the games against Rangers (Blue Pound Ltd) and the hiring of the stadium to Glasgow Warriors will save us. No it'll not. Lapsed fans coming back to support the club is the only thing that'll save us. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
Estragon
Year to May 15. Certainly explains the increase in legal fees in that case. In terms of the auditor's note on the club's status as a going concern, I think we've probably had a reasonable year from that perspective. We must have msde something in the region of £350-400k from the two Rangers games alone, and I feel there would have been more visible symptoms if the situation had worsened over the subsequent twelve months. Any adjusting notes on events after the reporting date?
