Even when we were chasing a game we'd often end up with 4 attackers on the field, but they usually all played in the middle and our fullbacks were charged with the task of whipping balls in. Not even sure why - performances have been largely pish - can just tell that he's desperate to succeed and prove his doubters wrong. Has certainly learned from his early season tinkering, and at least now seems to know his best first 11.. Would like to see Shankland and Gallagher up front on Saturday with Agnew and Goody having a solid game in midfield. Big Jim has been excellent recently. Defence looks a bit better too, with Webster actually communicating with other players. Oh and Carswell can GTF. Horrific player. Same with Gow. I seem to remember the Well fans saying Reid was a decent centre back but a pish right back. He's a solid Championship centre back but he's mediocre at best at full back, most commonly shite there.
