Irrespective of what happens tomorrow I don’t think we would be hard to deal with.
Firhill_Basin
Stupid from McKinnon. Falkirk is a crap job just now with a lot of pressure and hes saddled with a large squad of duds. Could just as easily get hounded out there like Houston and Hartley. Edited August 31, 2018 by Firhill_Basin
#Gary
Absolutely fucking mental .. I wonder if there was more to McKinnon's comment in the interview after the team photo about it being a shame Crawford wasn't there...
tonup9
Apparently no compensation required to be paid by Falkirk Can’t blame McKinnon then.morton make a mess of it again.lets see what the board say now.total joke at Morton all the time

Probably the most sensible post I've read regarding McKinnons departure....in short...its ' ALL ABOUT THE MONEY'...cheerio Ray...thanks for installing a good team...we find a new leader and move on.
Les Westander of County
Really? My theory is that he'll have moved on to Queen of the South in the next week or two, then Inverness. He arranges for managers to be sacked then goes to the next team due to play Ross County. Or did the board tell him to "get tae F***" which he interpreted as get tae Falkirk? Well it makes as much sense as any other credible reason so far for making this move.
Silvio
In all seriousness, if I was Morton I would go and get Danny Lennon.
Colkitto
Strange neither club have made any official statement so far with the news breaking hours ago.
third lanark
Morton have probably won a watch if they get in Ian McCall or David Hopkin or Robbie neilson Edited August 31, 2018 by third lanark
pandarilla
Morton have probably won a watch if they get in Ian McCall or David Hopkin or Robbie neilson I don't know about hopkin but there's no way the other two are taking the ton job. Not in a million years.
GiGi
If it's McIntyre or Hopkin we'll have come out ok. We've still got some points on the board and good squad to deal with.
Venti
Get Hopkin in.

Coventry Saint
Haven't even got it in me to take the piss. That's how shit our squad and manager are. There's a few available managers who will do no better or worse job than McKinnon. Aside from being a bit diddy, this isn't really disastrous news.
AyrshireTon
Knowing our board we’ll sign up a manager who is banned from every stadium on the planet and not allowed to manage a football club for 20 years,

Barry Ferguson's Hat
Morton aren't a big enough club to get David Hopkin or Danny Lennon.
