The one part where he is right is about them being hung out to dry - ministers knew exactly what was going on - and it was not the only contract that siphoned off monies to their cronies during Covid. That doesn't make him the victim though - only that criminal proceedings should also be taking place against others including government ministers. btb
It's really just down to the horsetrading now, from today's Grauniad it seems that they've essentially admitted to the grift.... Quote The couple had attempted to settle the dispute numerous times and been told to increase the figure before the government was prepared to “call the dogs off I predict there'll be no charges and they'll still walk away with a shitload of cash. Trogdor
I still expect them to flee to a country or territory with no extradition treaty. They'll be offshoring all their wealth if they haven't already. Lock them up! I expect there are many more dodgy doings.

She thought she had crashed through the glass ceiling and become part of the landed gentry. The reality was she will conveniently carry the can for other perpetrators and it couldn't have happened to a better person. Trogdor
If this is some sort of attempt to change the narrative in the media then they are being advised by the same person who convinced Prince Andrew to do that Newsnight interview. Its only making it worse!

It's to run the agenda of them being victims. Those in government are of course very happy that this is in the media again but that doesn't change the fact that the Mones are a pair of despicable money grabbing kunts. Dance with the devil ............... Couldn't mark the Mone necks with a fecking blow torch. Kunts.
