Some people react to combat stress in very different ways and for some they drink like f**k to block out images of their mates being literally blown up right beside them, questioning why it wasn’t them shot. I know a good few ex army lads, (thankfully not the type who post about it on Facebook demanding gratitude) and whilst one or two occasionally share absolute gammony nonsense, most don't fall into the racist arsehole category.I've also helped a few with PTSD through benefit appeals and if anything they are seriously opposed to the usual patriotic BS and are pretty bitter about the whole thing, with little or no interest in the military and very reluctant to discuss it. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
