Greenlantern
So, lots of discussion around who should start. For me it's quite simple, back 4 picks itself. I'd avoid Armstrong and Johansen, just not cutting it. Bitton over Johansen, who has himself admitted he's not been great this season. Rogic who's hit some good form recently with an added edge to his game, is a better option than the lightweight GMS for me. Roberts obviously starts, and will run rings round this mob. I've hesitantly included CKR, who should create gaps for Griffiths to exploit. However, Commons is the other choice, can possibly give 30-40mins full pelt, and if in the mood (usually is for these games) can be a match winner. Should easily see us through to the final. Gordon Lustig Sviatchenko Mulgrew Tierney Brown Bitton Roberts Rogic CKR Griffiths Edit to add; Anyone bar Griff on pens.
Henrik's tongue
Bitton over Johansen, who has himself admitted he's not been great this season. This would be sensible and it should happen. But I fear it won't. Having said that - Johansen is still better than anything the mutants have.
sergie's no1 fan
Rangers -----------------------------Foderingham-------------------------- ------Trav----------Kiernan-----------Wilson----Wallace------- -----------------------------------Ball------------------------------------ ---------------------------Holt-----------Halliday----------------- -----------McKay------------------------------------? ------------------------------Miller----------------------------------- Possibly Miller on the left and Clark up front? Warburton's small squad has came back to bite him on the arse at the wrong time of the season. Will he throw in an untested youngster? Celtic -----------------------------------Gordon--------------------------------- ------Lustic----------Boyata------------Mulgrew------Tierney-------- -----------------------Brown-------------Bitton--------------------------- ------Roberts---------------Commons-----------------GMS------------- ----------------------------------Griffiths------------------------------------ If both they teams played to their full potential I'd fancy Celtic to win 3-0/3-1. Football is never like that though.

Henrik's tongue
8/10 for this. Firstly, it's 'Tav' not 'Trav'. Secondly, we may be the underdogs but I think we're actually allowed 11 players. Chuck in Oor Harry, please. He's injured and oot the game.
The_Kincardine
He's injured and oot the game. Also I missed the chap's ? so made a c**t of it. Deleted post! Anyway. Chuck in wee Gedeon. Dandy player and cool on the ball. The mentalist that is Scott Broon will run about all of the first half trying to catch him and will then get sent off. Henrik's tongue
Still gets involved too much and plays with his head down. This could be an advantage in this game. Reduces the risk of getting poked in the eye with Lee Wallaces giant hooter.

The_Kincardine
Happens to us all Kink. Indeed, much to my chagrin* *Now if only The French had a simple word like 'chagrin' to mean something like 'shamefully humbled after making a c**t of yourself' then they may have kept an Empire. MONKMAN
So the worst Celtic side in their 128 year history, against the best The Rangers side in their 4 years. Celtic should win comfortably, but the pressure is all on them. Being expected to win this tie, they've everything to lose.
