CommonSense
Thistle are now potentially 2 games away from being in the bottom 2 of the league and after last season’s heartless play off debacle, can they really afford to end up in another one ? It is starting to feel like previous shambolic episodes of Dick the P**ck, Murder McLeod, Bandy Clark and The Tom (Derek Shyte) and Gerry show. Does the new chairman Jacqui Low have any idea what the club went through then and has replacing Iain Maxwell with Gerry Britton been a good idea ? Something has to change, and change NOW !!!!!

He will get the next two home games. If...and it's a massive if, he gets us full points we are back in the mix. If we lose one, or both, I think the board have to act. He is hanging on by his fingernails due to the home form. If that goes, I think he will be out the door and being honest, he can have no complaints!

P-T-118
The next 4 games in October are going to be massive to decide Archie's future, County & United at home, Alloa away, Ayr at home, IMO he will be given all of these games, if we don't come out with some positive results I think he will be gone...
Fuctifano
I think if we lose the next 3 including a scudding at Alloa to give them their first win he'll be gone. Other than that...

Midlife Crisis
Don’t be daft. Depending on who you listen to, Mr Archibald has either 2 games or 4 games or up until Christmas or till its mathematically impossible for us to win the league or till end of the season or the next 4 years or forever and ever till he draws his last breath to be the manager.

GrahamJags
Still waiting for some sort of f**k up to reveal itself before too long, but this is still surprisingly great news.
John MacLean
A cursory look at FIFA regulations would seem to suggest that a temporary registration would apply until the end of the season although that temporary registration could be revoked. That's on the basis of a very quick look and might prove to be bollocks. Does any of the stuff behind the paywall provide any definitive information?
Fuctifano
We should have announced this at 1.55 on Saturday just before the teams are out, this gives enough time for the Egyptians to get in a counter attack.
