Crawford turns 36 next month, would imagine his next fight would be the rematch, if Spence wants it or  straight to Jermell Charlo, for a 3rd Undisputed Championship.

Spence might even relent, take a fight in between then challenge Bud, if he won those titles? But I think Crawford only has a couple of fights left…& they’ll have to be biggies!

On a side note, it also enhances Ricky Burns efforts. As Crawford still talks about his beating Burns (on points) & rates it as his top moment.

You can argue the position, but Crawford and Inoue are the two best fighters on the planet. A treat to get both of them box in the same week.

Ridiculous to think I've seen them both winning world titles, live in Glasgow.

Crawfords resume since beating Burns is incredible, he’s stopped everyone apart from Postol and Beltran who were both in their prime.

You mean INCLUDING Burns. Remember Burns/Beltran was also hotly disputed decision as well. Showing how strong that division was at the time. Abril,Vazquez & Broner holding the other versions at the time.

I was there, and think everyone who watched it knows Burns lost that fight. But yes, the division was fairly stacked with talent.

I think Crawford's radar is firmly locked on Charlo.

After that you'd have to wonder what there is left, could Canelo sweat back down to Middleweight?

No titles but would be the biggest grossing fight ever, Legacy & P4P status!

Thats a perfect display from Crawford. He made ESJ look like r a total jobber.

A textbook example that will be getting used in gyms all over the world soon, specifically of balance. His footwork is absolutely beautiful. Man is never, ever off balance. He's never not in a position to hit you. He's never off balance enough to leave his chin hanging out or his weight over the wrong foot. His transition from offence to defence and back again.... He can hurt you just as easily going backwards or forwards.

So, so much to savour in that performance. And tbh, a performance that every welterweight including the likes of Floyd would struggle with. On that evidence, Crawford hangs with them all.

Schrodinger’s testing for Matchroom?

Benn’s VADA test bad, Whyte’s good!

Whyte’s whole career has been blighted by doping suspensions/suspicions. This is his 2nd +ve & 3rd time! (He was let off back in 2019)! At 35, he’s done, having achieved very little.

Looking forward to the mental gymnastics Eddie Hearn will be performing in the coming days to square up Whytes failed VADA test against Benn‘s. As someone else said this is the second time Whyte has tested hot, by the time he either ‘clears his name’ or serves a ban he will be too far down the road to get in the ring against your Joshua’s, Fury’s or Wilders. It’s a shame because I think he could have gave AJ a fright if not more, but he’s as well hanging up the gloves now. Probably just cost himself a couple of million quid into the bargain but his reputation is well and truly tarnished now.

Just watched the Spence/Crawford fight. Gave Spence the first 2 rounds, but from the last 30secs of the 3rd it was a complete shellacing.

That the fight wasn’t stopped by the Doctor (who was looking at him at the end of the 4th) or the corner by the end of the 7th, was dreadful.

They we’re talking about a rematch?
Any day of the week & twice on a Sunday, doesn’t matter the weight. It won’t happen.

As he said to Charlo, at ringside, ‘you getting it next’.

There are levels in boxing & you can see those who are domestic, continental or world level. Then there are the elite level, of whom there are precious few. At present you can only witness that in Inoue, Crawford & Usyk. All of whom have been/are undisputed champions & multiple weight world title holders to boot.
