This, pretty much. His only real selling point is his size, which his time with us suggests he still doesnt understand how to use fully, and his goal record in friendlies, which is no use to anyone. Hes far too passive for the lower leagues too. A team like Arbroath feels perfect but he wouldnt fit into how they play in the slightest.

Kept himself to himself during half time then left it early to sign autographs, maybe reading too much into it. Still worried about how the manager freezes at the end of tight games too. Hallberg was absolutely done for the final 10 minutes, maybe more, yet we left him trudging about, presumably as the manager was once again scared to change a team that wasnt losing at that stage of a game. Agree with this, also he had 3 more subs to use and surely could have used them to break up the game before St Mirren scored. Full credit to him for keeping 2 strikers on though. www.youtube.com/@DerekTaylor84 Edited February 26, 2023 by derektaylor84
The Saintee
The pitch was a topic at the open shite. It was pretty much just shrugged off as "most teams outside the OF have poor pitches."

They tried to say the only sides not experiencing pitch issues were those with Astro.

We'd be around the bottom without it IMO as its dragged us back into games where they would've chucked it last season. Where's he been playing? Centre midfield. Played alongside Liam Henderson last 25 Saturday and most of the 2nd half beside Stephen McGinn last week. Don’t think he has given the ball away once. McGlynn will struggle to keep him out of the starting line up now. Edited February 27, 2023 by Back Post Misses

This is excellent news as I expect to see our midfield 3 next season of phillips, macpherson and Max.

Central with a more experienced partner. His ball retention is excellent. He’s so calm and assured in possession.

What I will say is why the f**k say you're appealing, then don't? Just smacks of, yet again, too many idiots with control above their abilities.

This is what was in the minutes not quite what you are suggesting: Pitch – All clubs without hybrid pitches are suffering – even Celtic. From Ground-staff to Board they agree the pitch is not great. The last 2 season with European and Play off involvement along with games brought forward to accommodate winter world cup the pitch work had to be done in 4.5 weeks as opposed to 8 weeks. Last year £100K was spent on the match pitch and the two training pitches with £48K being spent on training pitch 2 which has had no issues. This season ends 27th May hopefully and stadium pitch work is timetabled to start on 29th May which will give the 8 weeks required. There are only 2 contractors do this work for all clubs in Scotland so if you are not ready on timeslot they go elsewhere.

RandomGuy.
Quick glance at WAP suggests we're unlikely to see Murray Davidson play for us again. So almost certain we've already witnessed the farewells of Muzz and MOH without even realising it.

PSJ.84
Harry Milne was extremely impressive again tonight, while Cammy Kerr was absolutely honking. I hope Callum was watching.

Shame seeing most of that generation either retired or moved on.

jamamafegan
Saints supporters love a trip to Tynie. Hearts need to sort out their hideous segregation because we could have easily sold more. Personally I much prefer Easter road, even with the turnstile issues. Tynecastle just seems that wee bit scummier to me, although that could be the unionist vibes emanating from the local inbreds.
