I reckon it will be a second referendum or withdrawal of Article 50. And I wouldn't be surprised if that had been her goal all along. If so, she's played a blinder.
Detournement
It's also worth noting that 117 votes is also enough to get a candidate into the last two of a leadership run off. You need 106 so it looks impossible for two Remainers to go to the members. So strong odds of a Brexiteer leading the Tories into the next GE. As Peston has just tweeted Quote So they are saying it is a triumph to have polled one vote better than the actual leadership election when today she was not running against a real person, just not her

Even half of those 117 would be more than enough.

O'Kelly Isley III
Undoubtedly this. The Tories will put on a brave face but it’s a far worse result than they would have wanted. It's all going horribly right.
ICTJohnboy
She'll be on in a minute to say that she now has the backing of her government to deliver a Brexit deal which will be good for Britain and is what they voted for. "It will give us control of our borders, control of immigration, blah, blah, blah...
Colkitto
117 is a dreadful result for May. Vote of no confidence in parliament looming surely?

Csaba would have us out of the EU by now. He's brilliant at getting out of things.

If she doesn't resign then, she gets to lead the party into that GE. In which case the spectre of Corbyn looms large. Removing her as PM is one thing, bringing down your whole party's government is a whole different ball game.
Carl Cort's Hamstring
In the last eight months, May has: Seen 7 members of her cabinet resign. Six of them as a public protest at her policies, and the seventh (Rudd), forced to take the blame for a scandal that was May's fault. Outraged the Brexiters and the DUP with her Chequers proposals. Managed to unite the country in opposition to her Brexit deal. Lost the confidence of 117 of her own MPs. Yet the Tories are STILL ahead of Labour in the polls. And probably will continue to be for the forseeable future. Jeremy Corbyn:

Aye but it's also handy that they are completely predictable. As soon as May sells them out on the backstop they'll turn on her.

Easily bought off.
