Its 40 in north and south and 30 behind goals.

35 thousand expected today. Don't think they have opened the upper tier of the south stand.

Have they sold out the tickets?

Someone saying there were still some available.

No they haven't - 35 thousand isn't a sell out and they haven't opened upper tier of BT stand I don't think. Quite disappointing but no one should be asked to pay £40 to see them play Lithuania.

Chris Martin expected to start.

At least we know who's in charge eh. Strachan is really showing us idiotic fans what for.

I wouldn't be surprised.  Strachan really seems to rate him.  To be fair to Martin, he's done better in games he's started than coming off the bench with ten minutes to go and chasing long balls twenty feet over his head.  We shall see, but I do feel like he's going to be a bit of a boo boy for his entire Scotland career.

The ever reliable internet says Martin has still to score for his club so far this season?

True? I was pretty surprised Martin started against Malta; shouldn't be near the side after his awful performance.

8 starts and 0 goals so far, no assists either.

Worth noting that last season he scored 15 and assisted 11 from 4,258 minutes, meaning he was involved in goal every 163 minutes.

Everyones much loved Rhodes was 17 goals and 3 assists from 3,384 minutes, meaning he was involved in a goal every 170 minutes.

Fletcher was 7 goals and 5 assists from 2,271 minutes, meaning he was involved in a goal every 189 minutes.

While Griffiths was 40 goals and 8 assists from 3,981 minutes, meaning he was involved in a goal every 83 minutes.

People seem to ignore the fact that, stats wise, Martin is our best all round forward in terms of scoring and setting up others.

To be fair, Fletcher was playing in the Premier League and Ligue 1 last season.

Quite fun looking at our previous lines up for games against Lithuania

2011 (1-0 win) - McGregor, Whittaker, Caldwell, Berra, Bardsley, Cowie, Fletcher, Bannan, Morrison, Naismith, Goodwillie

2010 (0-0) - McGregor, Hutton, Weir, McManus, Whittaker, Fletcher, Brown, Robson, McCulloch, Naismith, Miller

2007 (3-1 win) - Gordon, Hutton, Weir, McManus, McEveley, Teale, Brown, Fletcher, McCulloch, Boyd, O'Connor

2006 (2-1 win) - Gordon, Dailly, Weir, Pressley, Naysmith, Hartley, Fletcher, Caldwell, Quashie, Miller, McFadden

Our teams used to be really, really shite.

Harsh, that 2006 team I would say is comparable to the 2016 squad and probably exceeds it as it has a back four that although isn't one of the all time greats, we would kill for now!!!

Ross McCormack had 23 goals and 11 assists last season in all competitions last season from his 4,397 minutes on the park. That's a contribution every 129 minutes.

I do agree though that Martin gets an incredibly hard time. We've never played to his strengths but if we get crosses in the box he will score goals.

It's not Football Manager. Anyone who actually watches the games rather than wanking off to Soccerbase can see that Martin offers much, much less than the likes of Fletcher and Griffiths.
