I wouldn't bother if it wasn't for the kids and I just let them decorate it so it can look crap but I can blame the kids. I'm not the most festive spirited! That combined with us getting our keys to our new house on the 14th means we're not bothering this year. We've enough shit to be packing up/getting rid of, bringing decorations in isn't something I see as practical. Next year I'll get more into the spirit of things as she will have more of a clue. Somehow we've made it to the 6th December and there's been no mention of a tree going up so far. Hopefully we can keep it that way. There'll be a tree back home and that's good enough for me.
