The Grass Is Greener.
Supposedly it’s Milligan who has decided to leave by not taking up his years option after not settling in Scotland. He’s not a world beater but has been pretty decent since coming back from his international break in January. Think we maybe got him a little too late in his career. He seems a decent guy so wish him all the best.
Ira Gaines
He'll definitely stroll into most teams in the A-League. Can't see him going back to Victory as I'm not sure Muscat is much of a fan of him these days, but someone like Wellington Phoenix or Adelaide United looking to consolidate their top six place could do a LOT worse.
ShrooTheLookingGlass
Milligan done a job I suppose, hopefully Hecky can bring in someone better. Gorrin of Motherwell looks to be leaving or Byrne at Livi might be within reach financially.

Pet Jeden
I see Craig Thomson has retired. I'll buy a card tomorrow and send the envelope round for you guys to sign and pop in a tenner so that we can get him a wee something.

Snifter Pee Rot
Black should have seen red at 0-0 and it was no penalty as we all know. Cheat.
St. Jude
Sounds as though we're due a good chunk of coin if Villa get promoted on Monday. Strangely enough that game on Monday is likely to have a massive effect on our summer recruitment. Two main positions we need to sort out for me is a striker and the middle of midfield. I'd love to get McNulty in on a permanent, think he'd absolutely thrive on Allan feeding him shrooooooo balls every week. Think we lack a bit of energy and dig in midfield as well, somebody of Harings ilk would be ideal to be honest.
Aim Here
Touching wood as we speak, but another couple of million looks like it's coming our way, thanks to the boy McGinn.

Wee-Bey
Mind we've probably still got to give St Mirren a Sports Direct voucher and a bag of mitre deltas from any McGinn promotion bonus.

Its pretty clear that Hibs manufactured the low cost in order to ensure we could place these add on clauses - we knew how good he was so you can be certain the management and board did - the laddie has won promotion with Hibs, Villa, Scottish Cup, Scottish League Cup, multiple MOTM awards, plus the stuff noted below. While it might seem a bit of a gamble, we are not skint and this was a way of ensuring a (large, ongoing) income stream for years to come. The only people who couldnt accept how good he was were the Celtic fans who said he would be a squad player and they shouldnt pay more than £1.5 for him. Great laddie and we all wish him the best.

Celtic fans are usually happy to tow the party line. It was clear to see to fans of every other club that they were acting the c**t. Interesting season ahead if your manager is allowed to spend it. Especially if we reap the benefits of Fraser being sold.

I am sure we can all remember players being lured to England on big cash and our clubs getting a handful of sweeties. You are right about Fraser - he has been a standout this season, if he was spanish the media would be even more in a lather about him. As it is, its great business for your lot to get the sell on fee - and, tbh I would hope you did the same with McKenna (take a low bid and a big sell on) as its the only way our clubs are going to get a wee bit of that TV cash. Look at Andy Robertson too, his transfers are helping a couple of Scottish clubs. I am still waiting on the big offer for Lewis Stevenson, but fear that - despite that international cap - he may be overlooked Spoiler
PauloPerth
Brilliant season for John McGinn, has taken the English Championship by storm. An absolute steal at £4m. Absolutely bizarre decision making by Celtic to refuse to pay that, and every football follower in Scotland knew how good he was. He'd go for at least 6 times that right now. Are there any figures going around on what Hibs get for Villa going up? Had read Villa fans saying £300k. Surely any sell on fee would be a good bit higher than that.
