Derry Alli
Aye that's a shite nickname. Beardsley can't speak, Johnson can. He speaks shite, but he's literate.

It's startling how many coaches go there and fail. Even guys who have decent records and often who have done well in the league Hibs play in before. They've basically, with the exception of probably five years altogether, been a 'bad' club for most of the twenty-first century. By that I mean a club where people who work there are set up to fail. It's interesting that this has continued even with the changing of ownership and CEO etc. I'm really interested in the concept of corporate culture/organisational legacy, and Hibs are one that I keep coming back to. Perhaps I put too much credence on Mowbray's Brats going out on the lash and getting themselves in the papers, but bad behaviour and player unrest seems like a recurring theme, and has done for a long time. However, now the phenomenon of it being a managerial graveyard is apparent. I still remember being worried when Butcher was appointed that he'd do great things. In the end Hibs also got relegated and shredded his reputation.... And the current merry-go-round is a tad unedifying....

The only unedifying thing is the way some of you hearts fans are all over the Hibs and Aberdeen threads. You are either 12 or have the usual convenient memory loss if you think you can get away with lecturing the rest of us on poor "corporate culture".

It's more fun to come and gurn about stuff going wrong. Just so happens it's not our club at the moment.....
Zing.
Hibs shredded Butchers reputation He had an absolute horror show at all but one of his clubs as a manager.
Austin McCann
I take it Zander Clark having his head cut by one of the many projectiles thrown from the hibs fans is just being put down to exuberance?

Exactly. We can afford to cut their allocation and still sell out easily. Hibs can't. Not a peep about the incident from Hibernian F.C. yet, though I am waiting for some sort of response.

You always whip out this patter when Hibs are struggling. It's a fucking multi-club messageboard. If we wanted to just talk about Hearts, we'd be on Kickback. The threads for our European games when we were getting beat were rammed full of Hibbies and Aberdeen fans, so, frankly, get it right up you. Take your medicine.

You genuinely can't be that thick, the normal thing would be to condemn the arseholes throwing stuff at players which hibs seem to be getting a growing reputation for. Before you try deflect, yes I think the Hearts fans throwing smoke bombs on the pitch were twats.
Crawford Bridge
There's been a problem with the Hibs support throwing stuff for a long time now. I'm happy to admit that and condemn it as scummy behaviour from scumbags.

We're currently standing by here at the UN as speculation mounts that prominent Hibby Crawford Bridge is going to publicly condemn the throwing of objects onto the field of play by his fellow Hibernian supporters. This could be really significant, as this would really put pressure on other figures to join him in condemnation, and this could just possibly be the first step towards a resolution. Of course, the Hibs veto has previously prevented any progress on this issue, but Mr Bridge's statement today could represent a real shifting of the sands. More when we have it.
