Edit: down off the platform If she was off the end of the platform and inside the boundary fence then she is a c*nt of the highest order. She would also have went past a prohibition sign and a warning of a serious fine when I seriously doubt anyone would have had a problem with her letting the wee fella pee against the fence at the end of the platform.
